DESCRIPTION:Minneapolis and St. Paul are home to world-class museums\, a pl
 ethora of theaters\, countless local artisans\, and two full cities’ wor
 th of breathtaking architecture.  To say that the Twin Cities are a mecca
  for art lovers would be an understatement.  One art form that is gaining
  popularity across our state is the creation of craft beer with its multil
 ayered flavors and rich colors.  For the second Arts &amp\; Ales event se
 ries\, we are proud to be partnering with Indeed Brewing Company and M
 inneapolis Community Education to pair together two “crafts” for seve
 ral different art classes on Tuesdays throughout the fall season.\n\nEach
  evening will begin at Indeed Brewing Company which is located in the Sol
 ar Arts Building in N.E. Minneapolis. Here\, your GetKnit Gurus will be a
 waiting your arrival and get you checked in for our creative night of fun 
 and crafts.  After ordering up one of Indeed’s artfully delicious beers
 \, we will all gather on their patio and enjoy a meal from Gastrotruck\, 
 a local food truck that concocts inspiring combinations of flavors in ever
 ything they serve.  After we eat and drink our fill\, we will be ready to
  learn a new craft and produce our very own take-home masterpiece during a
  3-hour art class which includes instruction and supplies.\n\nEach event d
 ate\, we will feature a different art-themed class from the wide array of 
 classes that Minneapolis Community Education features throughout the year.
   Join us for one or all of these opportunities to tap into your creative
  side and release your inner artist.\n\nTuesday\, October 14th:  Charcoal
  Drawing\nWe’ll explore some basic and advanced techniques of charcoal
  drawing.  Next\, you will recreate a meaningful picture that you have br
 ought with you by utilizing your new found skills in this unique art mediu
 m.\nTuesday\, November 11th: Mosaics\nWe’ll experiment with design and 
 composition as we learn fundamental mosaic artistry.  As part of this cla
 ss\, you will create your very own 8″ x 11″ mosaic wall hanging to dis
 play in your home.\nTuesday\, December 9th: Wreath Making\nJust in time f
 or the holidays\, we’ll create our very own wreaths using yarn and othe
 r festive decorations.  Once you’re done\, you can take your creation 
 with you and proudly “deck your halls” for the holidays.\n\n Meet U
