DESCRIPTION:Dear Food and Beer Lovers\,\n	My name is Brennan Greene and I a
 m the Brewmaster/Owner of Birch’s on the Lake Brewhouse &amp\; Supperclu
 b.  I would like to personally invite you to one of our upcoming brewmaste
 r 4 course beer-pairing dinners.  We opened in September 2015 with the mis
 sion to provide our guests with the full experience of great food\, beer\,
  atmosphere and service.  The best part about having amazing food in our b
 rewery is the ability to pair it with our many seasonal brews.  We put on 
 these dinners the last Tuesday of October\, November\, January\, February\
 , and March and April.  If you have never been to a beer pairing dinner be
 fore you should really give it a try.  First we tell our immensely talente
 d executive chef to make anything he wants.  Chef Jon Boetel has decades o
 f experience as well as tons of passion for producing amazing food.  Safe 
 to say you will have one of the best meals of your life.  For each course 
 I pick a Birch’s house made brew to pair with it.  When done correctly t
 he flavor of the beer enhances the flavor of the food and vice versa\, to 
 the point that each course is better with a particular beer then it would 
 have been on its own.  I will be guiding you through each course and expla
 ining why I picked a certain beer to pair with each dish\, and you will be
  able to meet Chef Jon to discuss his incredibly tasty food.  I also will 
 be enjoying the dinner at your table and answering any questions about the
  brewing process here at Birch’s or any other general brewing questions.
