DESCRIPTION:“Mile in My Socks” is a photography exhibition featuring ph
 otos taken by 13 homeless or formerly homeless individuals between the age
 s of 16-25. Hippy Feet provided each individual with a disposable camera a
 nd encouraged them to capture the world through their eyes. For each camer
 a that was returned\, participants were paid $100.\n\nA collection of thes
 e photos will be on display at Last Monster Brewery\, and available for pu
 rchase via silent auction\, with 30% of proceeds going towards the photogr
 apher. The remaining proceeds will be donated to Youthlink MN and Elpis En
 terprises.\n\nThe event launches a collaborative long-term partnership bet
 ween Hippy Feet\, YouthLink MN\, CorTalent and Elpis Enterprises to provid
 e employment opportunities for homeless youth.\n\nTickets are available vi

  includes admission to the event\, a pair of Hippy Feet Socks\, one beer c

 lso receive a free T-shirt.\n\nAll sales benefit YouthLink and the Elpis F
