 N was used for this brew. It is a very sweet malt that brings a large dept
 h of complexity. The hop chosen was a Simcoe hop. We chose it to provide a
  super refreshing undertone\, while also adding a slight bitterness to the
  back end. At only 50 IBU’s\, this beer only has a hint of sharpness\, s
