 of many businesses\, even craft breweries and distilleries. Brad Pederson 
 and Eran Kahana from Maslon LLP will review the intellectual property issu
 es that emerge when operating a brewery or distillery\, including the vari
 ous laws and processes related trademarks\, trade secrets\, branding and l
 abeling\, and receiving clearance for brand labels from the Alcohol and To
 bacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) and the Minnesota Department of Public Sa
