The reception starts at 6:00pm with a meet and greet with Co-founder/brewer Brett Erickson and Co-founder Chris Kolve, Son of Eric Cream Ale will be served. During the dinner your hosts will discuss the food and beers and the inspiration behind them.
Menu- 1st course: Fish Tartine + Red Desert IPA, 2nd course: Beet salad + Westside Popper, 3rd course: Cedar smoked pork chop + Rev Grand Cru(1st time served anywhere), 4th course: Scallop crudo + Lingonberry IPA(Made for this dinner only), 5th couse: Oslo coffee cake + Bourbon barrel aged Imperial stout(Special release)
