Bell’s Dinner at The Hanger Room

The Hanger Room welcomes Bell’s Brewery for a five-course dinner. The cost is $65, and reservations can be made by stopping by The Hanger Room or calling 651-429-1477

House Made Duck Prosciutto…herb salad with radish, daikon, shitake, soy truffle vinaigrette, crispy ginger

Cherry Stout Braised House Aged Short Rib…cauliflower puree, watercress, shallot jus, gremolata

Cheese Course
Bucheron and Caramelized Apple… house made garnishes, flatbread

Dessert Course
Duo of Chocolate…coffee and chocolate mousse, and a chocolate and cardamom brulee
