Midnight Howler Release at Town Hall

Midnight Howler returns to Minneapolis Town Hall Brewery.

Hey All,
This coming Monday we will release another fan favorite, look for the “Midnight Howler.” This coffee stout is made with freshly roasted 100% Fair Trade coffee beans from our friends at Peace Coffee just down the road. They roast a special blend for this beer, then bring it to us via bike delivery. We then use a cold press method to brew the coffee and finally introduce this rich and flavorful concentrated blend to our awaiting beer. Really a fine example of a hand-crafted beer, by many different crafts-people. Muddy Pig 5 Year Anniversary Party

I’m taking advantage of the free wifi at the cabin to give you a couple of updates… the first, Muddy Pig’s five year anniversary sounds like a blast. Unfortunately, I’ll be rolling back into the city that night, so I doubt I’ll make it… enjoy!

I know it sounds crazy but Paul and I opened the doors five years ago and it’s time to celebrate. This Saturday, June 30 all tap beers at The Muddy Pig will be half price (I never thought I would have to say this in the bar business but…) while supplies last. Yup, from open to close, all 32 tap beers including Summit, DT, Surly and even Miller Lite will be half price. Our way of saying thank you for five years of support. But please, let’s all be responsible and plan on taking a taxi home that day. I do.
