Bent Paddle Beer Dinner – November 28@6pm
In this participation class, we will introduce you to some of the fantastic beers of Bent Paddle Brewery, and teach you how to make four dishes that pair perfectly alongside them.
You’ll start off with PAN FRIED GARBANZO “BEER NUTS” WITH TOMATO, CUMIN AND SEA SALT. Then we will make GRILLED CALAMARI WITH SMOKED PAPRIKA, GARLIC, HAND CRUSHED ROMESCO SAUCE, AND TOASTED BREADCRUMBS. For our feature course, you’ll enjoy “CHICKEN FRIED” PORK LOIN SLIDER, WITH SRIRACHA MAYO, QUICK PICKLED ONIONS, AND SHAVED CABBAGE. We will finish off the evening with MALTED CREAM PUFFS WITH COFFEE CARAMEL AND SMOKED SEA SALT.
Accompanying beer flight sold separately at class; approximately $20 for five tastings.
