New Ulm native Zach Schugel, founder of Acre Catering + Consulting, is bringing his culinary expertise to The Starkeller Taproom. On February 1st, prepare your palate for a night of thoughtfully curated pairings. Four beers will be coupled with four unique appetizers. There will be one mystery beer + app pairing to be released that night.
