On Thursday, January 14, from 3-10pm, we will release “Wilde Rijst”, a wild rice Belgian brown ale using hand harvested and hand finished wild rice from Spirit Lake Native Farms of Northern Minnesota. This farm-to-bottle beer brings together flavors and traditions from two areas of the world that inspire us.
Starting at 5pm, we’ll be serving Maple Roasted Squash Bites & Hominy Cake in the taproom prepared by The Sioux Chef to pair with this delicious and unique ale.
