On New Year’s Eve 2005, Omar helped Todd brew the very first batch of Surly beer. Soon after, they sold their very first keg. Then they sold another, and another, and…well, you know the story. Now, ten years later it’s time to look back, look forward and celebrate the decade long ride.

We want to celebrate the people who have been a part of the Surly journey, helping climb mountains and tackle challenges that we couldn’t have imagined back in 2006 – from changing a law, to building a new brewery, to selling our beer all across the Midwest and Great Plains.
