Town Hall Brewery is getting ready to roll out the barrels! The brewery’s annual Barrel-Aged Week is February 18-24, and will include a big roster of boozy barrel-aged beers, limited release growlers and a fantastic multi-course beer pairing Barrel Dinner.

Growler Pre-Sale
Set your alarms for Sunday, February 17, as growler presales begin at 9:30 a.m. Breakfast burritos will be available for purchase for $2 beginning at 9 a.m. Free coffee will also be served to those braving the elements for the limited growlers. For every 4+ growlers purchased get entered to win a Pint Club Membership. Winner announced Saturday, 2/23.

Bourbon Syrup
Another popular item, the limited edition Bourbon Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup, Single Barrel No. 1 goes on sale Monday, February 18. If you aren’t able to snag one of the last remaining bottles, you will have a chance to win one later in the week. Charity raffle tickets will also be sold throughout the week for $1 each (no limit). Winners will be announced Saturday, February 23.

Sample Flights
Barrel-Aged beer sampler flights will be sold throughout the week. With the purchase of each flight, you will be entered into a drawing for a $100 Town Hall gift card. Winners will be announced Saturday, February 23.

Select Menu Items
There will be two special menu items available this week to complement our barrel-aged beers.

Tasting Plate—an assortment of cheese, nuts, dried fruit and jams to enhance your barrel-aged experience. Includes fig, cherry jam, Bruder Basil smoked gouda, Pecorino and Alex cheeses, dried cherries, chocolate pieces, sea salt pecans and Medjool dates. $6 with purchase of barrel-aged beer flight; $8 al a carte.

Prime Rib Sandwich—Barrel stave smoked prime rib, garlic cream and caramelized onions on Texas toast. Served with choice of house salad, fries or sweet potato fries. $18.

Barrel Dinner
Another highlight of Barrel-Aged Week is the Barrel Dinner and due to a sell out of its Tuesday dinner, Town Hall is adding a second night of dining at 7 p.m. Wednesday, February 20. Tickets are $99 including tax and gratuity. Call Town Hall Brewery for availability information at 612.339.8689.

Barrel Dinner Menu:
Small Bites to Begin: Medjool dates, dried cherries, sea salt pecans, chocolate, cheese. Paired with our specially-blended bourbon from Woodford Reserve.
Wild Mushroom Ravioli: Oyster, shiitake and portobello ravioli; rye whiskey brown butter. Paired with our E. T. Wee — a Scottish style Wee Heavy aged in white oak bourbon barrels.
Scallop and Asparagus Salad: Sea scallops, grilled scallions, asparagus, lemon-champagne cream. Paired with our Triple Vine — a Belgian style tripel aged in French oak red wine barrels.
Cornish Game Hen: Roasted Cornish game hen, smoked sweet potato, Town Hall Brewery barrel-aged maple syrup. Paired with our Project 3106 — a Belgian style bruin with chocolate and kumquat, aged in white oak bourbon barrels.
Tri-Tip Pinwheel: American Wagyu tri-tip, spinach, gouda, bourbon- peppercorn sauce, parsnip and carrot puree. Paired with our Double-Oak Foolish Angel — a Belgian style quadrupel aged in white oak bourbon barrels, then finished in French oak red wine barrels.
Cherry Jubilee: Cheesecake crêpes, dark cherries, Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge, vanilla cream. Paired with our Tennessee Dessert — an imperial stout with Belgian dark chocolate, aged in white oak whiskey barrels (served on nitrogen).
