Lift Bridge’s latest, Silhouette, a Russian Imperial Stout will be released at the brewery on Saturday, February 9th. It’s a barrel-aged that they describe as having “aromas of coffee, molasses, chocolate, and prune meld[ed] with an intense dark roasted malt character. This complex beer is rich, full-bodied, and will warm all the senses.” At 10% abv and 75 IBUs, it should warm the insides.Event details:
