Get some sun, but not too much. Catch some fish, but don’t forget to release some. Do a little work, but not too much. Always remember to have a beer at the end of the day….they say it’s good for your health!

Oh, and…
For all you cider fans. We have acquired 3 of the 8 kegs in the U.S. of the Dupont Cider Bouche Fermier. This is unfiltered, unpasturized cider from a small family owned/operated orchard since 1837….in Normandy, France. This is extreamly rare and boasts tremendous fresh apple flavor. Tasting notes mention-
apple, citurs, pine, lime, butter, leather, wood, and others. Really interesting stuff, and we have it on tap for a limited time!
Ads on the past couple of issues of The Onion mention Dortmunder, however, after a visit to The Herkimer last night I came to find that there was no Dortmunder, but instead a Summer Lager, perhaps spiced a bit like a wit. The menu mentioned that an Alt was on deck, so I’m not exactly sure what happened with the Dortmunder…
I keep on forgetting to mention this stellar deal, but here it is… On Wednesdays, the Uptown Green Mill has 99 cent pints of Summit from open to close. Not bad!
I guess that says it all… Rock Bottom released their American Dream IPA on Thursday. I haven’t had a chance to taste it yet, but with a name like that, it has to be good. Word on the Beer Advocate forums is that they also have a brown porter, doppelbock and Czech Pilsner on tap in addition to their usual beers.
