This is one I always enjoy… Minneapolis Town Hall Brewery’s Fresh Hop. I thought about doing the same with a batch of homebrew, but my poor, poor Centennial hop bine only produced less than an ounce of hops… just not the same… My week is a little crazy and some of the MNBeer folks are meeting on the same night, so I’m hoping to find time to have some Fresh Hop. (I think it was at Autumn Brew Review last year, too…)
That’s right kids-
Our Fresh Hop 2007 will be released on Monday Sept 24, 5-6 pm release. If you want to know the real raw flavor of the American hop…..you have to try this beer!
Now these staggering numbers I just mentioned come at a cost, so expect your Fresh Hop to cost just a bit more……
