Barley John’s Beer Dinner

Barley John’s is now taking reservations for an elegant New Years Eve Dinner ~ your meal will be paired with your choice of wine or beer and the grand finale will be the release of our Rosie’s – a triple fermented ale that last release clocked in at 18% abv. We have been aging her away for the last 2 years in Bourbon casks and have been patiently awaiting her return. This beer pushes the envelope of “beer” and harkens more towards a fine Sherry or Port. Intense vinous aromatics with a lusciously sweet background, brilliant clarity and that familiar warming tone from the elevated abv%. Served in 5oz bourbon glasses, Rosie’s is truly a beer to experience. We will open on New Year’s Eve at 5pm and stay open until the New Year! Our reservation block will be from 5pm – until 9pm. Our regular menu is available during this time as well.

Pepper Crusted Sushi Grade Ahi Tuna with Roasted Garlic and Herb Mashed Potatoes and Grilled Zucchini

Paired with Bogle Petite Syrah or Wild Brunette
