A long-time sure bet of places to bring you all things Surly, the Blue Nile offers up a Day of Surly. Check out the goodness to be had.
Just for fun, we’re tapping 6 Surly beers on Wednesday, March 7. For more fun, 4 of them will be two-for-ones all day. And for more fun, you can do sample sets, if you like. 3 4-ounce pours for $7.
Those six beers will be: Abrasive Ale, Smoke, Mild Ale, Furious, Cynic and Bender.
Size does matter, at least when it comes to those who love their beers “imperial.” If you’re one of those, make sure to head to the Blue Nile for their Imperial March 2012.
For the fourth year, all of the Blue Nile’s taps turn over to nothing but big beers. This time, 4 Imperial Stouts, 4 double IPAs, and 4 barley-wine ales from 12 different American craft breweries. Starts at 4pm, runs until 9 pm, when the cover charge begins for our evening’s entertainment. Flights of 3 4-ounce pours are $7.
This Thursday Senor Wong will be featuring New Holland Brewing during their beer dinner. 4 courses for $45, meet & greet at 6:30, dinner at 7:00. The brews being paired are Full Circle Kolsch, Envious, Blue Sunday & Dragon’s Milk. Yes, please!
