The Happy Gnome has announced a whole slew of dates (January – May 2010) for beer dinners with those brewers near, a little far and far away.

Tuesday, January 12 – Tyranena SOLD OUT
Tuesday, February 16 – Surly SOLD OUT
Tuesday, March 23 – Magic Hat SOLD OUT
Tuesday, April 13 – Rush River SOLD OUT

All dinners are:
Paired 5 course affairs
$65 per person
6:00 Meet & Greet
7:00 Dinner

Blue Nile Tuesday Specials

There’s more than a few hours left in Tuesday which means you have time to get down to the Blue Nile and take advantage of some great pricing on some great beers.

Specials tonight, after the regular 2-4-1’s, (8-10): Pints of Flat Earth Mummy Train Pumpkin ale, only $2 (great beer, just a little out of season) Bell’s Rye Stout pints, $4 (regularly $7), 2.25 for cans of Fat Cat Lager, and $3 well gin drinks…runs until midnight! Tonight’s Open Mic night, no cover, sign-up at 10, music starts at 11!

Stache Bash For Your “Boys” at Stub & Herb’s

The Foam Combers, a team of local homebrewers and beer lovers are holding a Beer Bash to raise money for Movember. Movember is a global movement that is bringing much needed attention to cancers that affect men. The funds raised go to the Prostate Cancer Foundation and the Lance Armstrong Foundation (LIVESTRONG).

Entry is $10 (half off with a real “Mo”)
Entry includes FREE BEER, a shot at the awesome silent auction items, and a live band.

Some of the auction items include;
Homebrewing gear,
Local Brewery swag and gift certificates,
a fishing tackle package,
and a training session with an Ultimate Fighter.
