This Friday, July 6, Thomas Liquor resumes Fitty’s First Friday by welcoming Mike Rose from Widmer Brothers Brewing Co. Beat the heat and taste this Portland brewery’s full lineup. As always, Fitty will throw in a few hidden gems as well.
Patio parties at Longfellow Grill are always a good time. This time around, they’ll be pouring Tallgrass beers, offering up $3 BBQ brisket sandwiches and live music by The Jupes. They’ll be pouring Halcyon, 8-bit, and Buffalo Sweat as well as a firkin of Halcyon wheat with apricots and Mt. Hood hops and a west coast IPA that’s never been poured in Minnesota (6:30pm tapping for that one…).

Lucid is launching their new pale ale, Surfside, on July 10th at Harbor Wine & Sprits in Mound. The beer has been brewed exclusively for the Mound Centennial & Spirit of the Lakes Festival. The beer should be available on tap and in 22 oz. bottles.
