Join us for an intimate beer dinner celebrating the first anniversary of Brewer’s Table – our finer dining restaurant located at the Surly Brewing Company in Minneapolis, MN.

Six members of Surly’s Brewery Team have selected their favorite Surly beer around which Chef Jorge Guzman and Chef Dustin Thompson will pair their innovative cuisine. The social hour with complimentary beer will begin at 6pm with a unique opportunity to mingle with the Surly Brewery Team. Dinner will begin promptly at 7pm. Both the beer and food will be presented course-by-course by our brewery and culinary teams.

First Course:
Oysters – shucked, roasted, fried
paired with Dampfbier on Nitro

Second Course:
Lamb tartare – oyster, artichoke, seaweed
paired with Simpsons Scottish Ale

Third Course:
Octopus – pickled pepper, romesco, chorizo
paired with Witch’s Tower

Fourth Course:
Foie gras – apple cider, fermented brussels sprouts, wild rice
paired with Pentagram

Fifth Course:
Venison – recado negro, tostones, coffee roasted carrots
paired with Bourbon Barrel Aged Original One

Sixth Course:
FOUR beer float – salted caramel torte, cocoa nib, vanilla bean
