>> A beer brewed with one malt and one hop! A pale ale malt that was malted right in Detroit Lakes, MN was used for this brew. It is a very sweet malt that brings a large depth of complexity. The hop chosen was a Simcoe hop. We chose it to provide a super refreshing undertone, while also adding a slight bitterness to the back end. At only 50 IBU’s, this beer only has a hint of sharpness, so it is sure to please on the hottest of summer days!
