Surly to Collaborate with 3 Floyds for Anniversary Beer
I had to check to make sure it wasn’t April 1st when I read this.
Three Floyds from Munster, IN is turning 15 this year and is teaming up with three great breweries and brewing up a batch of four legendary imperial stouts with Surly (Darkness), Mikkeller (Beer Geek Brunch), De Struise (Black Albert), and their Dark Lord and then–please sit down–all these beers will be blended to create Three Floyds XV beer for “maximum ass kickery.”
The beer will be released November 12 at the Three Floyds anniversary party in Munster. No word on availability outside of their market. Other details are available here.

Mid-month FFF at Thomas Liquor this Friday. In conjunction with ABR weekend, you’ll have a chance to meet Jeff Gill, founder of Tallgrass Brewing. Jeff will be pouring the the year-round line-up from Tallgrass and perhaps some one-off growlers from the brewery.
