Yes. Dave says that today is the perfect day to package Schell’s Snowstorm. I couldn’t agree more! (Snowstorm details here…)

I don’t recall if this was posted already (a cursory search showed nothing), but damnit, it needs to be. Flat Earth is sporting a new website. There are no Rush tunes playing when you visit it, so you’ll have to fire up your CD player to get the full effect.
Lift Bridge is releasing their fresh hop IPA, Harvestor, on October 25th, 2009 from noon to 3. Important note: Harvestor has an umlaut over the “o.” I don’t know how to type with an umlaut, so you’ll need to add that yourself when reading this (that is, if you know how to use diacritics).
The Happy Gnome is hosting this release party, apparently under a Happy Tent. Happily the event is free. For three happy dollars you get a ticket for a happy pint, or four tix for ten dollars for you big, happy spenders.
Yep, that’s right. Lift Bridge “has arrived.” You know you’ve “arrived” as a brewery when your beer makes it to my drowsy hometown of Sleepy Eye, MN. One of my hometown neighbors will be pushing the goods (Farm Girl) throughout Southern MN (or SoMin, if you’re trendy). That’s Arneson Distributing , btw. Anywho, here’s a posting by the gang at Lift Bridge about this momentous occasion. Holidays with ma and pa just got a bit more cheerful. Thanks guys!
From Omar:
The possibility of Darkness Day 2009 looked pretty grim this year. As of Jan 1 this year, we were no longer able to sell growlers/750s at the brewery and it did not look like any changes were going to happen on the legislative front. I was about to pull the plug on Darkness Day but figured I should make one last call. So I called Tom, Brooklyn Center Liquor store manager about the possibility of them becoming involved in selling of Darkness bottles on D-Day. Much to my surprise, Tom was pretty excited and said he thought he could make it work.
