Not sure where they will be, but some Odell firkins are rumored to be around.

Woodcut #4 with Brett and Lacto.
    Pre-bourbon-ized imperial stout.
    Cherry-raspberry lambic.

    Sounds great!

  4. Jon from Stubs says:

We have a Woodcut cask for Monday. I can’t wait to try it!

  5. Ben says:

Doug Odell won’t make it due to a family emergency. Wasn’t a family emergency was also the reason that Deschutes brewer didn’t make it for their kickoff a couple weeks ago?

  6. Craig from Grovelan Tap says:

We will have a cask of the Pre-bourbon-ized imperial stout on Saturday at 6pm.

Cask of Woodcut No. 4 at Stub & Herbs last night was tasty. Could use another year plus to let the brett do it’s thing. It had just started to sour and the carbonation was pretty low. The other brews were nice too. Glad to see another new brewery in the market.
