Fulton is giving the end of imperial stout season a proper send off by offering three different Worthy Adversary firkins, starting on Valentine’s Day.
2/14 – Republic 7 Corners – Worthy Adversary with French Oak (will be available as a pairing with a dessert)
2/15 – Grumpy’s Downtown – Worthy Adversary with coconut & macadamia nuts
2/20 – Muddy Pig – Worthy Adversary with maple wood and vanilla beans
Join Indeed Brewing Co. tonight at Republic in Minneapolis tonight at 5pm for the exclusive first tapping of Stir Crazy Winter Ale, a 6.5% abv winter warmer clocking in at 22 IBUs. “Layers of malty goodness, a dark ruby colored winter warmer ale deliver satisfying notes of chocolate and rich caramel; while pulverized rasins and brown sugar provide a fruity complexity that warms you from within.”
Republic hosts “Wisconsin Craft Beer Night” on Monday, 10/22 starting at 7pm. This nod to our neighbors to the East includes a Q&A with both Capital Brewery and Lucette Brewing Co. brewers as well as a free screening of “Comeback: The Wisconsin Beer Movie”; a documentary chronicling the rise, fall and rise of craft brewing in Wisconsin. With any luck, Tim Tynan, the creator of “Comeback” will be present as well!
