    This is not to say a microbrewery couldn’t be made in it; many of the plans that are being developed by Saint Paul for these places have brewing aspirations.

    Just remember that – should someone turn it into a big brewery – they would not be making something that most beer geeks would be appreciative of.

    You’re totally right Drew. I’d much rather have a smaller brewery.
    Oh and maybe there could be discounts on the condos for homebrewers?
