Flat Earth Tuesday Growlers

Tonight is week 4 of Porterfest as we roll out The Trees – Hazelnut infused Cygnus, the nuttiness in this beer paired well with Thanksgiving dinner last year. We’ll also have a nice supply of soda available for the kiddies plus some special goodies cooked up by Snoopy & the gang. We will also be open tomorrow for your Flat Earth growler needs.

Lift Bridge Crosscut Pale Ale Party

Come and help us celebrate Lift Bridge Brewery’s second label of bottled beer: Crosscut Pale Ale. From 6:30-9:30pm on December 11th the Lift Bridge Guys will be here to hand out samples and talk to you about their wildly successful brand of local beer.

Enjoy reduced prices on Farm Girl Saison and Crosscut Pale Ale all night from 6:30pm-close and stick around to hear live music from Tom Dahill 7:30-11:30pm

Rock Bottom Holiday Brewer Dinner

Rock Bottom will be holding a five course dinner. Here are all the details:

Celebrate the Holiday Season with a beer in your hand when Executive Chef Daniel Flores and Brewmaster Bryon Tonnis host Rock Bottom’s Annual Holiday Brewer’s Dinner. Featuring five courses, each paired with one of our own handcrafted beers, specially selected to bring out the subtle flavors in each dish presented.

Brewer’s Reception at 4:30 pm $50 per person (Includes tax and gratuity). Dinner from 5-8pm. Reservations are required as seating is limited. Give us a call at (612) 332-2739 for more information or to make your reservations today.

Appetizer: A selection of imported and domestic cheeses served with date puree and focaccia toast.

Salad: Mesclun mix tossed with apples, peaches, candied walnuts, Gorganzola and Hazel Cranberry cheese topped off with a drizzle of passionfruit vinaigrette.
Paired with our Belgian Blonde

Soup: Roasted sweet potato and parsnip bisque lightly spiced topped with crispy root vegetables
Paired with our St Veronus Belgian Tripel

Entrée: Pan seared duck breast in a victoria plum sauce served with butternut squash risotto and grilled asparagus.
Paired with our St Veronus Cherry Tripel

Dessert: Mochaccino Cheese Cake with vanilla infusion stout cream sauce.
Paired with our Vanilla Infusion Imperial Stout

We’ll be open from noon – 3 tomorrow the 21st. We’ll be closed from 3-4 for growler sales as we get ready for our tour at 4 and once the tour is over we’ll be open for public sales again.
