Rock Bottom will be holding a five course dinner. Here are all the details:
Celebrate the Holiday Season with a beer in your hand when Executive Chef Daniel Flores and Brewmaster Bryon Tonnis host Rock Bottom’s Annual Holiday Brewer’s Dinner. Featuring five courses, each paired with one of our own handcrafted beers, specially selected to bring out the subtle flavors in each dish presented.

Appetizer: A selection of imported and domestic cheeses served with date puree and focaccia toast.

Salad: Mesclun mix tossed with apples, peaches, candied walnuts, Gorganzola and Hazel Cranberry cheese topped off with a drizzle of passionfruit vinaigrette.

Soup: Roasted sweet potato and parsnip bisque lightly spiced topped with crispy root vegetables
Paired with our St Veronus Belgian Tripel
Entrée: Pan seared duck breast in a victoria plum sauce served with butternut squash risotto and grilled asparagus.

Dessert: Mochaccino Cheese Cake with vanilla infusion stout cream sauce.
