The first Saturday of the month means it’s tour time at Town Hall. As there are a limited number of slots available for each tour, call or stop by to get signed up.

Hey All,

You did real good work on the beer this past weekend, thanks! That means that we get to release the first beer in the Thanksgiving series today. The beer in this series is all designed to be paired with Thanksgiving dinner ……..

The Beers:
Minnesota Harvest- 6.4% abv. Beer brewed with Minnesota Wild Rice and Minnesota Maple syrup
The Gobbler- 5.0% abv. Festive fall colored ale brewed with natural blueberry
Odin- 8.0% abv. Rich Baltic Style Porter

The Plan:
Beers will come out in the next three weeks (starting with MN Harvest today 5pm) and when they are all out you can get your Thanksgiving holiday growler pack and save money. Buy all three and save $1 on each growler (must buy all three above named growlers at same time). We hope that next Monday we will be able to release the other two beers.

The Outcome:
You will be the coolest person at the Thanksgiving table! (If you still reside at the kid table maybe you shouldn’t play.)

Meet Yer Maker Night

Flat Earth November Update

We’ll begin cranking things up at the brewery as we approach the holidays, starting with growler sales on Saturdays from Noon to 3 pm.

Porterfest begins this week with our Xanadu – orange infused porter. We will be doing an infusion of Cygnus every week until the end of the year. We’ll be bringing back some of your favorites from last year and we’ve added four new infusions. These will be growler only.

We will be open on the 24th & 25th instead of the 26th for Thanksgiving. It will be a Charlie Brown Thanksgiving atmosphere here that week.

Come see us at The Cherokee Tavern in West St. Paul on the 9th for Meet Yer Maker night, featuring special pricing on Flat Earth beer.

We have 2 tours scheduled for this month, November 7th & the 21st at 4 pm. No reservations needed. Please bring a valid photo ID.
