Ryan Anderson (that's me!) is the editor & founder of MNBeer. Much has changed since the fall of 2005 and I'm proud to have been a part of it all. Sometime I'll tell you about my grand theory that links craft brewing to punk rock. Just ask.

Leech Lake Brewing Company

We’re excited to announce another brewery project in Minnesota… Leech Lake Brewing Company. Greg, the company’s founder currently has a contractor hard at work improving and adding on to a building he purchased in Walker, MN. The plan is to start with a 3 BBL brewhouse purchased from a brewery in Mexico, he plans to brew multiple times per week to make up for the small size. Greg plans to  plan to keg and bottle his beer in bombers, and will sell growlers from a tap room. More information will be available here as things come together. Cheers! With any luck, I’ll pay Greg a visit this summer and report back!
