Stache Bash For Your “Boys” at Stub & Herb’s

The Foam Combers, a team of local homebrewers and beer lovers are holding a Beer Bash to raise money for Movember. Movember is a global movement that is bringing much needed attention to cancers that affect men. The funds raised go to the Prostate Cancer Foundation and the Lance Armstrong Foundation (LIVESTRONG).

Entry is $10 (half off with a real “Mo”)
Entry includes FREE BEER, a shot at the awesome silent auction items, and a live band.

Some of the auction items include;
Homebrewing gear,
Local Brewery swag and gift certificates,
a fishing tackle package,
and a training session with an Ultimate Fighter.

So come join us at Stub and Herb’s on the corner of Washington Ave and Oak St, in Dinky Town from 6pm-9pm on December 5th 2009.

Dave’s BrewFarm tasting at Zipp’s Today

Stop into Zipp’s today (Saturday) from 4-6 to sample Dave’s BrewFarm Select Golden Lager. As far as Tyler at Zipp’s knows,  this is the first time the Select will be sampled out. Dave debuted a bunch of his beers at ABR, but not the Select Golden. Check it out. It should be at other retail stores as well today, or at least SOON. I read earlier today that The Four Firkins had this beer in stock. Enjoy!
