For all you baseball fans, Minnesota Twin’s catcher Mike Redmond will be on hand to help brewer Byron Tonnis pour the first pints and will stick around to sign autographs until 7:00.
In case you’re wondering about the beer, Catcher in the Rye is made with 20% flaked rye and designed to start out smooth and malty yet finish with the hops an American Pale Ale should.
I hear that Bryon will also be tapping a cask of Catcher on the Rye aged on cedar chips tonight at the tapping.
