Dave Engbers, co-founder of Founders, will now be in attendance at The Happy Gnome! The event is being held upstairs in the Firehouse room of and promises to be awesome. Flights of the beers will be served so you can sample each of the offerings. The list hasn’t changed, but in case you need a reminder they will be pouring Breakfast Stout, Imperial Stout, Kentucky Breakfast Stout, Canadian Breakfast Stout, Curmudgeon’s Better Half, Backwoods Bastard, Double Trouble
and maybe something else to make it a nice even number TBD. Wow. April 10th, 5pm.

Yes, the first keg of Founders Canadian Breakfast Stout is going to be tapped at Tilia. Yes, it is going to be awesome. $15 will get you a Canadian Monte Cristo Sandwich – Canadian Bacon, Fried Egg, Swiss Cheese & Orange Fennel Jam and one 6oz pour of the extremely rare CBS. The co-founder of Founders, Dave Engbers will be at the event to as well to answer questions and generally have a grand time. When the beer’s gone, it’s gone and it probably won’t last long.

Join the Pig & Fiddle tonight when they tap their first firkin! Well, it’s actually a Pin, but it’s still going to be delicious. At 4pm, they will be pouring Rush River’s Batch 1000, a red rye ale. One of the owners and brewers from Rush River will be on site to answer any questions you might have about their beer or the brewery. Cheers!
Dueling Casks at the Republic
Tonight at 5pm, The Republic will be tapping TWO Rush River casks. One will be a Bubblejack IPA infused with Lavender, a winner at this year’s Firkin Fest & the other will be Uber Alt infused with cinnamon and clove. Try both infused casks and meet one of the owners and brewers from the brewery!
