Rock Bottom Eurotrash Brunette

The state government maybe shut down but local beer lovers can still get a free handout. Thursday July 7th @ 6pm Rock Bottom will be tapping their new seasonal beer. The Eurotrash Brunette ale. This is a brown ale made with the finest European malts, hops and fermented with a German ale yeast.  This beer may not be overly sophisticated, but is plain up tasty and guaranteed to be good company on a warm summers night. As always the first beer is on the house, this beer is dedicated to all the foreign exchange students without  whom lets face it most of us would never have had the slightest interest in learning a foreign language.

Summit Silver Anniversary Release Parties

Summit is celebrating its 25th anniversary and there are three four parties planned where you’ll not only get a chance to drink their Silver Anniversary Ale, but to get a darn good deal on it as well.

July 25
5:00 – 7:00 pm
Mackenzie
The first 25 beers poured will be complimentary. Then until 7:00, $.25 taps.

7:30 – 9:00 pm
Liquor Lyle’s
Mark Stutrud will be your guest bartender, serving up $.25 taps of Silver Anniversary Ale and 2-4-1’s on all other Summit beers.

July 26
Groveland Tap
Not sure the details on this party but if the other two are any indication, I’d put money on $.25 taps.

July 28
Sweeney’s Saloon
A little foggy on the details here, too, but there will be “specials.”

Quadruple Beer Release at Town Hall

1800- English IPA

ERB- Cascadian dark ale inspired by brewery baby Elliot Ryder Bischoff

Macaroon- Yep, a summer coconut beer

All beers pouring and growlers ready by 5 pm. Get ERB and Macaroon for $2.50 and 1800 for $3 per pint from 5-6pm. Get your growlers for your big holiday weekend tomorrow!

Also, on wednesday try one keg only of “1776” when the American IPA and the English IPA combine to form one united beer. $3 per pint while the supply lasts.
