Warm weather, or the thought there of, has led us to some new beer. We created a new beer that saw its world premier last Friday at Acadia Cafe’s 2nd Anniversary party. Tabby Cat is an ultra refreshing orange ale. Swing by the brewery and pick some up tonight.
This week we’ll have:
Element 115 Lager
Black Helicopter Coffee Stout
Hep Cat Blonde Ale
Northwest Passage IPA
Ovni Biere de Garde
Tabby Cat Orange AleNew Growler hours: Monday thru Friday Noon to 630 p.m., Saturday Noon to 3
Tasting Lounge open: Tuesday & Thursday 330 – 630, Saturday Noon – 3
Both tours in April are almost full and the May tours are filling up now too. If you would like to go on a tour of Flat Earth send an email to tour@flatearthbrewing.com

$85/person ****SOLD OUT****
Tuesday, June 8 – Lift Bridge
6:00 meet & greet with the winners of the Golden Firkin
7:00 dinner
$85/person
Tuesday, July 13 – Goose Island

Tickets for all the dinners are now available online only, which apparently is part of the price increase, according to the following sample breakdown their website gives: $65 for the meal and beer, $5 something for tax, $10 grat, $5 online fee.
These dinners consistently sell out, and often far in advance, so if you’re interested don’t drag your feet.
I generally don’t complain about craft beer prices and perhaps it’s an oversight or a mistake on this liquor store’s part but wow… $27 for Surly Smoke? That’s just about twice the going rate. (Found on BA.)
Join Tod Fyten, brewer and owner of the Mantorville Brewery and his wife Madeline at First Grand Liquor in St. Paul to sample the Stagecoach lineup of brews Wednesday, March 24th from 4 – 6 pm.
