As Snonami 2009 bears down on us it is time to stock up the beer fridge. According to local weathermen we will be buried under 3-6 inches of the deadly white stuff. We will be releasing Hold You Fire – Ancho pepper infused Cygnus tonight to help keep you warm. As a public service we will stay open until 6:30 for your Flat Earth growler needs. Of course if you grew up here then you know that it snows in December and life goes on.
Here is what else we’ll have:
Angry Planet Pale Ale
Belgian Pale Ale
Curly Tail Ale
Cygnus X-1 Porter
Black Helicopter Coffee Stout
Bermuda Triangle Triple

An iced double espresso milk stout? Come on now!
I was personally hoping for something a little more unusual from Surly for their 4th anniversary beer, but they continue to slip into mediocrity with all these BJCP-style aligned beers [that’s sarcasm for the record]. In case you want to know more, Todd let us know it’s a big milk stout (19 plato OG) brewed with coffee and freeze concentrated. It will clock in around 10% abv when its released in kegs and 750ml bottles in Feb 2010.
Just a quick reminder we’ll be open noon – 3 p.m. tomorrow. We have a brewery tour at 4 p.m. and then we open up for sales again at about 4:30.
Cheers!
