Beer & Cheese

Beer and cheese are natural partners. Summit teamed up with the Faribault Dairy , resulting Winter Blues earlier this year. The summertime version is out now, and in addition to being carried at Lund’s & Byerly’s, you can visit a new cheese shop just down the road in Faribault to find that and other cheeses to go along with your favorite brew.

Be sure to check out The Cheese Cave at 318 Central Ave N, Faribault MN. You can sit down and let them cook with cheese for you while enjoying a pint of Summit Horizon Red Ale, Oatmeal Stout, or Extra Pale Ale AND you can also buy cheese and beer to go. The best of both worlds! Try the Summertime Blue; St. Pete’s Select blue cheese soaked in Summit Scandia Ale!
