Help Barley John’s get their hops

Head up to Barley John’s this Saturday, October 11 to help them harvest the hops that have been adorning their patio all summer. The picking will start at noon and there will be appetizer and beer specials. Long sleeves and gloves are recommended. The harvested hops will be dried and used in the making of their Annual Winter Ale.

I’ve played in one of their tournaments before and although most folks were much better cribbage players than me, it was a great time. Everyone was friendly and there’s not many Sundays you get the chance to enjoy all that is Barley John’s.
