New Brewing TV episode online now. Northern Brewer Minneapolis is more than NB’s third and flagship retail store. It was built it to be a forum for demonstration, discussion and documentation of homebrew and pro brewing. Perhaps you’ve stumbled upon this initiative already, but if not, you should. The Better Beer Society will be sort of a Better Business Bureau for beer. The Heavy Table has a nice write up today about the effort here.
