Band Blitz II is coming to Delano MN!

7 p.m. to 11 p.m.,
Delano Legion Parking Lot, 200 Babcock Blvd W, Delano, MN 55328
Band Blitz II will raise money for the nationally-recognized GreenCare for Troops program & the Delano American Legion Post 377.
Two bands with Delano connections will perform at the event.
The opening act will be a new Delano band – West Highway. They will perform from 7 to 8 p.m.
The headliner band will be Little Chicago, which delighted last year’s crowd with horn band golden oldies from the 1960s and 1970s. Guest performers with Little Chicago will be former members of the Delano River Band – Gary and Peg Janisch.
Dick Jonckowski, long-time PA announcer for University of Minnesota sports teams and state high school tournaments, will emcee this year’s event. Dick has delighted crowds for decades across the U.S. and Canada with his unparalleled sense of humor and positive outlook on life.
Food and refreshments will available for purchase, featuring selections from Third Street Brewing Co., Cold Spring MN.
Tickets are $10.00 in advance or $15.00 at the gate.
