Rush River Firkin at Brasa

Regarding that “killer food”, Brasa will be pairing the beer with Five Spice Pork Belly, Citrus Cabbage Salad and Chaulafan Fried Rice.

Competition Heating Up ‘Round Town

Market analysis conducted, regulatory hurdles hurdled, financing hassles handled, operating plan executed, important thoughts thunk, and now its time to turn up the dial of competition in the tipsy-powered mobility market.  Pedal Pub has got a little competition now in St. Paul, as reported by the Pioneer Press, in the form of City CycleCheck out their story.  I think some kind of death-match race involving armor-clad riders with lances and spike-borne wheels mounted on these beasts as they tear around a Circus Maximus is in order.  But that’s just me.

Brewing TV #38: None More Cask

Cask ale at home!? Mike and Jake from Brewing TV take what they learned about cask-conditioning ales from Damian McConn (Summit Brewing Company) and use it to make their own cask version of a Oatmeal Stout. Join the guys as they learn the steps to a great firkinfied homebrew, get jiggy with double espresso shots, and drink the finished cask ale with some work buddies. You’ll find there’s None More Cask. Blam!
