One of my favorite beer festivals of the year, Firkin Fest, is announced for March 20th at the Happy Gnome.
$10 in advance, $15 at the door. Tickets can be bought in advance here.
Tasting tickets will be available in the tent.

Chili Cook Off at Town Hall
Calling all chili cooks and chili eaters!
Hey All,
This Sunday marks the annual Chili Cook Off! Bring in your secret recipe chili for a chance to win the glorious “Best Chili 2010 Award”. You could also win a $200, $100, or $50 gift card for your efforts. All we ask is that you bring 5-6 quarts of chili by 11:30 am, judging and chili eating begins at 2:30. You can get a pint of beer and an “endless bowl of chili” for just $7.
We still have a few places left, so give a call and sign up today. A great time is always had by all, so swing in and eat chili, drink beer, and watch football. Those big Vikings Superbowl party plans were shattered, let us host your day!
