Summit Beer Dinner

Ingredients Café in White Bear Lake will be hosting a Summit beer dinner. Tickets for the five course meal are $50 per person and reservations can be made by calling 651-426-6611.

Glazed Hanger steak, smoked cheddar cornmeal cake, chimi churi, asparagus salad

Profiterole with flourless chocolate cake, malt ice cream, caramel

Surly Beer Dinner

It’s been two years so the good folks at Surly and The Craftsman have decided to pair up for another beer dinner. The food menu is still being hammered out but you can count on the beer menu to include two, three, Darkness and Smoke.
