Ryan Anderson (that's me!) is the editor & founder of MNBeer. Much has changed since the fall of 2005 and I'm proud to have been a part of it all. Sometime I'll tell you about my grand theory that links craft brewing to punk rock. Just ask.

Surly Tour

No promises, but I may just show up at Surly this weekend too…

Hello Drinkers,

A quick note to let folks know that we are having a tour this Saturday,
January 13th,  from noon – 3:00. Tour times are around 12:30 and 1:15, or
whenever Sandy tells us to get moving. You don’t need a reservation, so come
on over for a tour of the brewery and a beer or two.

After you have wet your whistle, take home a growler of Furious and/or
Bender. We now sell beer at the brewery on the weekend!

Also, our new beer, one, debuts next week. Check back to the web-site for
details on where you can drink Surly’s newest limited-release.

See you drinking,
Omar

Save 25% at The Herkimer

I’m not one to turn down a deal… rather, I’m one to share it. Right now, if you sign up for The Herkimer’s E-club, they’ll e-mail you a coupon that will save you 25% off your total purchase. That’s like buying three beers and getting the fourth free. That works for me!

Cellars English Beer Tasting

Friday beer tastings return to Cellars Roseville…

This week’s theme: Beers of England! It has been awhile, and that only means the quality will be better than usual. This week we will try a few beers from England, the land of ales. Thanks for patiently waiting until this week for a tasting, but it will be worth it. So come on in and try some free beer, because drinking in a crowd is so much more fun! The Cellars Wines, Brews & Spirits FREE – IN STORE Beer Tastings begin at 7 p.m. and no reservations or fees are required. Please call or email me with any suggestions, questions or special requests.

Thank you,

Joe Haugen
