This is a new ticketing company who assured us they could handle our volume and initial sale burst while passing on a lower processing fee to you. Can’t get through….even called and the service rep said he couldn’t even get through on their internal site. Way to pick a ticker seller than can handle the traffic….. 🙁
I’m getting the same thing. First it wouldn’t process the order, then the server couldn’t be found and now “internal server error.” At least you were able to get through to someone on the phone. All I get is a busy signal.
I am the lucky holder of 6 early admission tickets!! (Sorry, they’re already committed to family and friends)

My order for ABR Early Entry tickets timed out and was cancelled, and now
the Early Entry ticket option has totally disappeared!?! Their phone line is a constant busy signal…..this is ridiculous.
Couldn’t get through online or via phone. Got one added to my cart, then got kicked out.

Oh man, this website has totally crashed. I’m not sure all of us are going to be able to check every 10 minutes to see when it is back up, some of us work during the day : ( I promised a friend of mine I would get tickets for her 30th Birthday! : ( Dang it, she is going to be so disappointed.
Wow – isn’t this the same problem they had with Winterfest tix last time? I can’t get in either, and now I see at least one of the reasons why they’re $75+ on Craigslist a couple days before the event.
Another year of the ticket site getting flogged with traffic. Apparently there isn’t yet an independent ticket seller that can handle the traffic.
I got mine right at 12:00 no problem, but 15 minutes later a coworker of mine was getting the dreaded “This webpage is not available.”

This seems to be a problem they might want to look into, you cant raise the price 15 to 20 bucks and go thru a crap website…..as bad as it sounds maybe ticket master is the way to go.

This seems to happen every year now with ABR and Winterfest, mighty frustrating.
TruthBrew: Same here. Website was fine around noon. Myself and a number of friends all grabbed tickets with no problems.
People said the site was just fine for Festival of Barrel Aged Beers in Chicago tickets.
Yeah, their site is down. And the fact that I’m hitting refresh, refresh, refresh probably isn’t helping.
I can see it now: “Unknown group targets ticketing site with massive distributed Denial of Service attack.”
I’ve been trying to get on since 10 after, no luck. Hopefully they will remedy this issue soon.
Ticketmaster is probably the one clogging the system. Ticketmaster sucks!

I had an Early Access in my cart, and it wouldn’t let me get past shipping information. It sucked watching my cart slowly expire. They were sold out, then the whole site went down. Yay.
