Description from the brewery: St. Whatshername was made traditionally and fermented funkily. Pear drops, hay, clementine orange, pineapple, pepper and spice. 3 types of brettanomyces lend a rounded funky, bright fruity kick to the long, very dry and crisp finish. Strong willed, thoroughly dirty and utterly dangerous…the beginning, or end, to a magnificent story.
Barrel-Aged St. Whatshername

THis version has been holy fermented with three strains of Brettanomyces and aged in white wine barrels.
