Lift Bridge Dinner at Kings

One of the newest restaurants in the metro, Kings Wine Bar, is hosting a five course dinner designed by Chef Maccaroni paired with brews from Lift Bridge.

Menu
1st Course: Fall Acorn Squash From Dragsmith Farms Soup served with Parmesan Crisps and Farm Girl Saison
2nd Course: Pleasant Ridge Reserve Cheese served with Green House Micro Greens and House made Mustard. Served with Cross Cut Amber Ale.
3rd Course: Harvestor Cucumber Salad Pallet Cleanser. Served with Harvestor Fresh Hop Ale.
4th Course: Smoked Fischer Farms Pork Chop served with Hazelnut demi glaze, wilted Swiss chard and creamy orzo. Served with Chestnut Hill.
Vegetarian Option for Pork Chop:
Smoked Sietan With mushroom Ragout served with wilted beet greens and creamy orzo.

Dessert: Sautéed local apples and Pears with brown sugar and butter. Served with Farm Girl Saison infused with Raspberry Indulgence from Saint Croix Vineyards.
