Happy Gnome Beer Dinners

The Happy Gnome has announced a couple more dates for beer pairing dinners, and made a pricing change to the Furthermore dinner. Here’s what is coming up:
Tuesday, May 4 – Furthermore
6:00 meet & greet with Aran and Chris
7:00 dinner
$85/person ****SOLD OUT****

Tuesday, June 8 – Lift Bridge
6:00 meet & greet with the winners of the Golden Firkin
7:00 dinner
$85/person

Tuesday, July 13 – Goose Island
6:00 meet & greet
7:00 dinner
$85/person

Tickets for all the dinners are now available online only, which apparently is part of the price increase, according to the following sample breakdown their website gives: $65 for the meal and beer, $5 something for tax, $10 grat, $5 online fee.

These dinners consistently sell out, and often far in advance, so if you’re interested don’t drag your feet.

Hefe Release @Town Hall

Not only will Town Hall be releasing their Hefeweizen on Monday, but the patio furniture will be out, ready for you to once again enjoy drinking outdoors, watching all the close calls between the cars and pedestrians. $2.50 pints of the Hefe or if you want a 22 oz glass to call your own, slap down a $10 and a full glass to take home is yours.

Pee Wee Breakfast & KBS at Stub & Herb’s

Stub and Herb’s is doing a daytime release for Kentucky Breakfast Stout.  They are tapping their keg on March 27th at 11:30am.  They are serving a Pee Wee Herman inspired Mr. Breakfast to accompany Kentucky Breakfast.  They will also have Pee Wee inspired giveaways, mini boxes of Mr. T cereal as souvenirs.  Plus, look forward to a very special guest appearance.  It should be fun.
