This coming Saturday (May 2) marks the Blessing of the Maibock. Make sure you stop by and see this once a year event at Town Hall Brewery. Enjoy the Bagpipers as they escort in the Priests and take part in the Blessing before we offer you complimentary German style Maibock Lager. We will begin filling your Maibock at 5 and enjoy the Blessing at 5:15 and complimentary pours end just before 6.
John has made some special foods that you can order and we expect a very fun evening!

I didn’t see mention of this on Acadia‘s website, but there was a BeerAdvocate posting about a Dark Horse release at Acadia. Specifically, Acadia will be offering their sequential stout series (One Oatmeal Stout, Too Cream Stout, Tres Blueberry Stout, Fore Smoked Stout, and Plead the 5th imperial stout), featuring a release of #5. The four horsemen will be joined by their fifth on the Tuesday, April 28th. The Apocalypse isn’t upon us, but a hang-over may be looming.
